Ingredients
- •1 lb Penne pasta
- •2 tbsp Olive oil
- •2 medium Bell peppers, diced
- •1 medium Zucchini, diced
- •2 medium Carrots, diced
- •3 cloves Garlic, minced
- •2 cups Marinara sauce
- •0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- •0.25 cup Fresh basil, chopped

1. Cook penne pasta according to package directions.

2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

3. Add diced bell peppers, zucchini, and carrots. Cook 5-6 minutes until tender.

4. Add minced garlic and cook 1 more minute.

5. Stir in marinara sauce and let simmer 3-4 minutes.

6. Add cooked pasta to the vegetable sauce.
