Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place feta block in center of a large baking dish. Surround with halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and minced garlic.

Drizzle with 2 tablespoons olive oil, sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.

Bake for 25 minutes until tomatoes are blistered and feta is soft.

Meanwhile, cook orzo in vegetable broth according to package directions until al dente. Drain and toss with remaining olive oil.

Remove baking dish from oven, mash feta with a fork and stir everything together.

Fold in cooked orzo and olives, mixing to coat pasta in the tomato-feta sauce.

Top with fresh basil and serve warm.
