Ingredients
- •1.5 lb salmon fillets, skin-on, skin-on
- •2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped, chopped
- •2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, chopped
- •1 large lemon, juiced and zested, juiced and zested
- •3 tbsp olive oil
- •1 cup breadcrumbs, panko, panko
- •2 piece garlic cloves, minced, minced
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Pat salmon fillets dry and place on prepared baking sheet.

Mix breadcrumbs, herbs, garlic, lemon zest, and 2 tbsp olive oil in a bowl.

Brush salmon with remaining olive oil and lemon juice.

Press herb mixture onto top of each fillet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork.
