Quick Family Breakfast Pancakes
Fluffy, easy pancakes that the whole family will love. Perfect for weekend mornings or quick weekday breakfasts.

- •2 cups All-purpose flour
- •2 tbsp Sugar
- •2 tsp Baking powder
- •1 tsp Salt
- •1.75 cups Milk
- •1 large Egg
- •2 tbsp Butter, melted
- •1 cup Maple syrup, for serving
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. In another bowl, combine milk, egg, and melted butter.
3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir just until combined (lumps are okay).
4. Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
5. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto the hot griddle.
6. Cook until bubbles form on surface, about 2-3 minutes.
7. Flip and cook until golden brown, another 1-2 minutes.
8. Serve warm with butter and maple syrup.
